The staff delivered exceptional service during my stay.
Upon arrival, I was placed in a different room than reserved, which was very disappointing. The beds were hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to relax after a day out. Additionally, I found the lack of a minibar to be quite inconvenient, as I like to keep refreshments in my room.

The best part of my stay was the clean room. It had a fantastic hot shower, perfect after a long day exploring. The beds were a bit hard, which made it challenging to relax fully. I appreciated that the staff went out of their way to help, especially the girl at the front desk. She arranged a taxi and even assisted with money exchange. The complimentary breakfast was healthy, basic, and served well. However, I found it frustrating that the room did not have a fridge to store snacks, which I would have liked. Located close to the train station, it offered easy access to transport, making my explorations more convenient.
